Coutts Skyline Garden

Urban Organic took on the management of the prestigious Skyline Garden on Coutts bank in early 2015, to tend and develop the four large garden terraces for Executive Chef Peter Fiori and his team.

The garden boasts dozens of different types of fruit, vegetables and ornamental plants, including many exotic and unusual varieties such as saffron, wasabi, kiwis, pepinos, Sichuan pepper and Chilean guava.

Since beginning our work at Coutts, we have continued to push the boundaries of roof top agriculture in London—ensuring year-round production of top quality organic produce.
